🌸 The Heart Behind Powell + Petal
Powell + Petal was created from a lifelong love of all things floral. Every bloom, every vase, every detail has always inspired me.
That love began in the garden with my grandmother, Lena. I remember kneeling beside her around age 6, planting flowers in her garden bed and watching the joy on her face as they grew and bloomed. Roses were her favorite, and over time they became mine too, along with peonies.
Those moments stayed with me. Always in the yard, my grandmother speaking life into her plants, with a watering can in her hand.
As an artist and painter, I found myself constantly inspired by flowers. Their natural beauty, their softness, and the way they can completely transform a space always pulled me in. I began painting vases to pair with floral arrangements, turning each piece into thoughtful gifts.
This is my joy. Bringing together my grandmother’s love for flowers, my passion for art, and my desire to create meaningful experiences for others.
And through every petal, that story continues.
